Police Oversight

If you have been mistreated by the police in Jamaica, file a complaint with INDECOM at 1A Dumfries Road, Kingston. INDECOM is independent of the Jamaica Constabulary Force and reports directly to Parliament. Free to file; complaints can be made in person, by phone, or online.
