The Fern Tree Spa at Half Moon Resort, Rose Hall, is a 22,000 square-foot wellness complex set within the 400-acre estate east of Montego Bay. Treatment rooms sit in a garden-style village of cottages shaded by fern trees, with hydrotherapy, sauna, steam room, salon and a broad menu of massages, facials and body rituals.
