Bellevue Hospital at 16½ Windward Road, Kingston 2 is Jamaica's main public psychiatric hospital, established in 1862 as the Kingston Lunatic Asylum. Today it provides acute crisis admission, inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation services, and houses the bulk of publicly funded secondary mental-health care in Jamaica.
