Hope Worldwide Jamaica is a faith-based NGO running mental-wellness, addiction-support, and youth programmes in Kingston and other towns. Part of the international HOPE worldwide network and a regular partner of churches on community-based mental-health education. Most Jamaican mental-health services charge fees at the private-practice end and are free at the public end; sliding-scale options and NHF-subsidised medication for chronic mental illness can substantially lower out-of-pocket costs for clients who qualify.
