3 Dives Jerk Centre sits on the Negril West End Road with a small terrace looking onto the cliffs and the Caribbean. The kitchen is jerk-first — pimento-wood-smoked jerk chicken, pork and lobster — served alongside festival, rice and peas and cold Red Stripe.
