Sandbar at Time'n Place

Beach Bar · Falmouth

Rating: 4.5 / 5

Time'n Place is a small, barefoot beach bar and cottage complex on Coconut Grove Beach between Falmouth and Montego Bay in Trelawny, reached down a short track off the old north-coast road. The Sandbar sits almost on the waterline under thatched shade, with hammocks, cold Red Stripe, fresh lobster and a fish kitchen. It has been photographed for magazine travel features many times and retains an end-of-the-road, unhurried feel that is increasingly rare on the Mobay–Falmouth strip.

About nightlife in Jamaica

Jamaica is the home of reggae and dancehall — and its nightlife reflects that. Negril's Seven Mile Beach and West End cliffs are the spiritual centre, with Rick's Cafe sunsets, Bourbon Beach reggae nights, and Alfred's Ocean Palace. Montego Bay's Hip Strip lights up around Margaritaville, Pier 1, and Blue Beat. Kingston is where the real culture lives — Quad nightclub, Triple Century, and the legendary Sunday-night Uptown Mondayz street parties. Whether you want a beach bonfire or a packed dancehall, Jamaica delivers.
