Stush in the Bush is a farm-to-table dinner experience on an organic farm in the hills of Free Hill, St. Ann, above Ocho Rios. Chris and Lisa Binns host small groups on the property for a guided farm tour followed by a long, largely vegetarian tasting menu built around the day's harvest, served family-style on a candle-lit deck looking over the valley. Reservations are essential and the experience requires a 4x4 or transfer up the farm road. It is widely cited as one of the most memorable evenings on the island.
