Jamaica's national college for physical education and sport coaching, based at Angels near Spanish Town in St. Catherine. Founded in 1980 with support from the Cuban government and named for former sport administrator Gerald Claude Eugene Foster, the college trains the island's PE teachers, sports coaches, and sport-development officers, and is a major feeder institution for the country's athletics and football coaching staff.
