Maximising Velocity and Power, the legendary Kingston-based athletics club founded by coach Stephen Francis and based at the University of Technology (UTech) in Papine. MVP has produced some of the greatest sprinters of the modern era, including Asafa Powell and triple Olympic 100m champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, along with generations of Jamaican sprint relay talent. Its training sessions at UTech are among the most demanding in world athletics.
