The Jamaica 4-H Clubs are a rural youth-development organisation originally modelled on the US and Canadian 4-H movements. Activities include agricultural training, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and life skills for Jamaican boys and girls in rural and peri-urban communities. An important counterweight to urban drift and a source of skills and confidence for generations of young Jamaican farmers, agripreneurs, and community leaders.
