Mille Fleurs is the restaurant at Hotel Mocking Bird Hill, the award-winning eco-boutique set in the hills above Frenchman's Cove in Portland. The kitchen is farm-to-table in the truest sense — much of the produce comes from the hotel's own organic gardens and small Portland farms — and the daily-changing menu runs through modern Jamaican and Caribbean plates eaten on a terrace with long views down to the sea. Vegetarians are particularly well looked after. Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily; reservations essential for non-guests.
