Pelican Bar Boat Tour

Bar on the Sea · St. Elizabeth

Rating: 4.8 / 5

Floyd's Pelican Bar is a driftwood bar built on stilts on a sandbar roughly three-quarters of a mile out in the Caribbean off Parottee, St. Elizabeth. Boats leave throughout the day from Treasure Beach (15–20 minutes), Parottee Point (10 minutes) and Black River (around 25 minutes). Guests swim around the sandbar, snorkel, order Red Stripe and fresh-cooked fish, and generally linger for a couple of hours. It is widely ranked among the most unique bars in the world. Bring cash — there is no card machine in the middle of the sea.
