The Chocolate Festival is the sweet finale of the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival series, staged at Hope Gardens in Kingston. Jamaica's growing community of craft chocolatiers, cacao farmers and pastry chefs gather under one roof to serve bars, truffles, chocolate cocktails, chocolate-driven savoury plates and desserts. It doubles as a public showcase for Jamaica's small but internationally recognised bean-to-bar movement, drawing on cacao from Clarendon, St Mary and elsewhere.
