Rating: 4.5 / 5

Pork Palooza is the pork-focused day within the wider Jamaica Food and Drink Festival, staged at Hope Gardens in Kingston. For one day every February, Kingston restaurants, chefs and street cooks turn out every imaginable pork dish — jerk pork, curry pork, roast pork, ribs, pork belly, char siu, pulled-pork burgers, pork tacos — paired with craft beer and rum. Tickets typically sell out well in advance; go hungry.
