The Jamaica Tourist Police are the visitor-facing division of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, trained to respond to harassment, assault, and sexual violence experienced by female tourists and visiting workers. Officers are English-speaking, trauma-aware, and confidential. Call 888-991-5555 from any phone, any time, from anywhere in Jamaica — the line is free. Reports can be escalated to CISOCA (Jamaica's specialised sexual-offences unit) and coordinated with your embassy or insurer.
