What To Do If You Are In Danger Right Now

Safety Plan

If you are in immediate danger, dial 119 for police or 110 for ambulance. Call the Woman Inc 24-hour crisis hotline on 876-929-2997 for confidential counselling, shelter referral, and court support. Walk into any major police station and ask for CISOCA (the Sexual Offences and Child Abuse unit) — you can request a female officer and a support person. For free legal representation call the Legal Aid Council on 876-948-7275. If you are abroad as a visitor, call the Tourist Police on 888-991-5555. None of these lines charge. You are not alone and help does exist.
